1. Overview
At Triyank Hair Extensions, customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. We strive to deliver premium-quality hair products that meet your expectations.

However, due to the hygienic nature of our products, we offer returns and exchanges only under specific conditions, outlined below.

2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:

You receive a wrong product or damaged item

The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags intact

You initiate the return request within 3 days of delivery

Important:
Hair extensions that have been worn, tried on, styled, washed, or opened (removal of hygiene seal) cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.

3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Used or opened hair extensions

Custom orders or made-to-measure products

Discounted items under clearance/sale

Products returned without prior approval

4. Exchange Policy
If you have received a product that is incorrect (wrong shade, size, or type), we will happily exchange it for the correct item — provided it is in unused and resalable condition.

Please contact our team within 3 days of receiving your order, and we’ll assist you with the process.

5. Process to Request Return/Exchange
Email us at support@triyankhair.com or WhatsApp us with your Order ID and a photo of the item.

Wait for confirmation and approval from our team.

Ship the product back to us (return shipping cost borne by the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect).

Once verified, we’ll issue your exchange or initiate refund processing (if applicable).

6. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your returned product is inspected and approved, a refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
